Warrior HIIT is a dynamic conditioning class that will challenge and inspire you.
Not your average “boot camp” class, Warrior HIIT classes are designed to allow you to tap into your knowing, giving you multiple options and allowing you to exercise your awareness. Jamee will guide you harness your inner strength outward and push yourself for a higher level of health and wellness. Classes range between aerobic and anaerobic interval training through circuits, tabata, and an array of conditioning programming.
