At 6:00, our host and the co-owner of Nudge Eco Store, Alisha, will share about her passion for sustainability, including her own personal tips to live a more eco-conscious life.
We'll open the space with a breathwork & presence practice from Jamee Treks, owner of Trek Nectar, followed by a sister circle with prompts surrounding our relationship to sustainability and our connection to the Earth.
