Join us in this interactive workshop where we explore holistic habits for physical and emotional health. We discuss how to develop a stronger and safer relationship with Self through yoga, breathwork, meditation and movement.

Finding Wellness is not just about the foods you eat and the calories you burn, it is an integrative practice that takes patience, dedication, compassion and love.

Workshop includes light movement, breathwork, journaling and open discussion. Wear comfortable clothes to move and stretch in. Please bring a journal, pen and water.
